Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions, and will adjust them in the “last updated” portion of this page.

Our Products
We take every measure to display information as accurately as possible. We understand that there may be occasional inconsistencies in total carat weight, up to 5% variance. Additionally, due to the manual ring-polishing process, a ring’s size may vary by 0.2mm in width from the measurement stated on the site.
Additionally, our product images may appear larger than the actual piece. Images may be enlarged in order to show the item’s characteristics in greater detail.
The color and clarity of our diamonds are determined by experts in the diamond industry, and in general represent the minimum color and clarity for the respective piece.
Product Availability
The vast majority of our pieces are made to order and readily available to order. Occasionally, we may provide items from third parties (usually bracelets or loose diamonds) that are temporarily unavailable. In such a case, we will notify you as soon as possible with an availability date. We will also extend comparable alternative options. If the options are not approved, we will offer a full refund on the purchase.
Pricing Error
There may be instances when data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our website. In such rare instances, we will correct the error as soon as it is detected. If an item is purchased, we reserve the right to cancel the order for a full refund. As a courtesy, we may offer a comparable replacement at a special price. If a product has been received by you, the customer, you agree to either return the product (at our expense) or pay the difference in price. All of our prices are final and non-negotiable.
Laser Engraving
Any engagement ring or diamond stud earring ordered on our website includes complimentary personalized laser engraving.
Engraved pieces can be returned within the allowed returned timetable. However, please note that a $50 repolishing fee will be charged on returns with personalized engraving.
Resizing
Any ring purchased from our site is subject to free resizing within three months of purchase.
Our one-year care policy allows you to return your piece within one year for complementary repolishing and prong tightening. Please note that you, the customer, will incur a $25 shipping fee for any cleaning service. Please contact us to arrange for your piece to be serviced.
Lab-created Diamond Certificates
If you order a loose diamond, or an engagement ring with a center diamond, or any other item for which a certificate is offered, we will deliver the piece with an accompanying lab-created diamond report and/or certificate.
Our lab-created diamond reports and/or certificates are unique to each item and provided by IGI. Due to high replacement cost, the report and/or certificate must be included in any return of an item that contained one. If you do not include the report in your return, you will be charged a replacement fee of $200.
Passage of Title
Stefano Navi will pass the title for goods purchased to the buyer’s designee at the time the goods are delivered to the designee.
Order Approval
Order confirmation on our site only indicates that the order has been received. Orders are not accepted until they have been processed and approved by Stefano Navi team members.
Order Cancellation
A customer's order may be cancelled at any time and for any reason by Stefano Navi. This event is rare and typically done in the case of a mispriced or unavailable unique item(s). Your only recourse in such an event is a full refund of that which has been paid to Stefano Navi for the product. In that case, we may extend additional discounts for future orders in place of the cancelled item(s).
Comparison Shopping
We strive to make every jewelry item from scratch, and at affordable prices. We work with you, the customer, to create your perfect piece from the very beginning. As a result, we do not allow comparison shopping at home; you, the customer, do not reserve the right to buy several products with the intent of keeping only one and returning the others. Due to high shipping, restocking, and polishing costs, as well as the custom nature of our jewelry pieces, we must adhere to this policy. We are happy to help you make your correct and desired choice over video conference, a phone call, or in person at our New York City showroom, where we will take all necessary safety precautions.
Shipping, Delivery, and Returns
At Stefano Navi, we understand the importance of being on time for life’s most special moments. Once you have placed an order on our site or confirmed your order through our bespoke virtual portal, we guarantee to ship your piece(s) in 7 to 12 business days. All orders are delivered via complimentary FedEx Overnight shipping and may require signature upon delivery. We also offer free return shipping of the item(s), in original condition and with all original packaging, reports and certificates (if provided), within 30 days of delivery. Please contact customer service to arrange for any return shipments. Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time.
All items purchased from StefanoNavi.com are made to order and manufactured in our New York City facility. As such, we guarantee the highest-quality craftsmanship and are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all purchases through our site.
The warranty covers any issue that may arise from a manufacturer’s defect.
A $40 deposit will be taken before the shipment of your item to Stefano Navi for evaluation, which covers the cost of shipping the item and an evaluation by our expert jewelers to determine if the damage warrants a complimentary repair. If the repair is warranted, we will repair, replace, or substitute your piece at no cost to you, the customer; the $40 deposit will be refunded and the item will be shipped back at no additional cost. If the repair(s) is not covered under the lifetime warranty, you, the customer, will receive a price quote for approval before the item is repaired. If approved, the deposit will be applied to this repair. If the customer chooses not to approve the repair, the deposit will be applied to cover the post-evaluation return shipping cost.
Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Stefano Navi will void the warranty. Our Stefano Navi lifetime warranty excludes coverage for negligence, wear and tear, improper care, loss/misplacement/theft of gemstones, discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, or the natural breakdown of materials over time in accordance with industry standard.

We do not, however, accept proprietary or personal information. Any comments submitted may not violate the right of any third party, and must not contain abusive or obscene language.

Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable law, Stefano Navi has the sole discretion to terminate any users whom we suspect of being repeat infringers on our website.

By using the Site, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Odeliyah Diamonds LLC, and its subsidiary, Stefano Navi, as well as its directors, employees, third-parties, and agents from and against any claims or demand, including reasonable attorney fees that may arise from your use of the site, our services, our products, or any part of the foregoing.
